We are committed to providing accurate descriptions and high-quality vintage items. Each piece is unique and may show signs of its history, which will be detailed in the product description. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we aim to handle all returns fairly and efficiently.
1. Right to Cancel (Change of Mind) - Distance Selling
As an online retailer, we adhere to the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (CCR). This gives you a "cooling-off period" during which you can change your mind about your purchase, even if the item is not faulty.

Notification Period: You have 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order to inform us of your decision to cancel. You do not need to provide a reason.

Return Period: Once you have informed us of your cancellation, you have another 14 calendar days to return the goods to us.

2. Faulty or Incorrect Items
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (CRA), all items must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. This applies to both new and second-hand goods. If an item you receive is faulty or incorrect, please contact us immediately.

Please Note: You do not have legal rights if you knew about the fault before purchase, if you damaged the item yourself, or if the damage is due to fair wear and tear, accident, or misuse. Our product descriptions will clearly detail any existing imperfections characteristic of vintage wear.
3. Condition of Returned Items
For all returns (change of mind or faulty), items must be returned in a suitable condition.

Resellable Condition: Items must be returned unworn, free of stains, odours, animal hair, and creases. They must not be damaged and must be returned with original tags attached (if applicable) and original packaging (e.g., shoe boxes).

Trying On: You are welcome to try on items as you would in a physical store, but please do not wear them for an extended period.

Inspection: All returned items will be inspected by our Quality Control team upon arrival. If an item is returned in an unsuitable condition, we may not be able to accept the return, and the item may be sent back to you.
4. Non-Returnable Items
For health and hygiene reasons, and in accordance with consumer regulations, certain items cannot be returned unless they are faulty:

Items marked as "Final Sale" are heavily discounted and generally not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds due to change of mind. However, your statutory rights regarding faulty goods still apply to "Final Sale" items.
